Clean room doors can be configured as single/double Door. Pharmaceutical door panels are assembled with the same panels of the wall system. Double Skin door are made Using 0.6 to 0.8mm thk PCGI (Pre-coated / Powder Coated Galvanized Sheet).

Flush Doors shutters are of 40 mm thickness filled with PUF or Thermocol or Rockwool.

The door frame is of Aluminium Powder coated construction with 1.6 mm thickness.The external frames are manufactured with rounded anodized or epoxy coated aluminum profiles with air tight dual gaskets. All fasteners for the hinges and latches can be recessed into the door frame. Standard hinges allow doors to swing 90 degrees open to closed position.

Pharmaceutical clean room doors are available also with interfacing profile for a flush and easy installation on existing walls.

Door size : Standard or non-standard, made to order opening size.

Standard size are in Single Door : 900 x 2100mm, 1000 x 2100mm , 1200 x 2100mm

in Double Door : 1500x2100mm , 1800 x 2100mm, 2000 x 2100mm
