  • polyurethane (PU), or rock wool core for thermal and acoustic insulation

• Finish:

  • Smooth, non-porous, easy-to-clean surface

• Edges: Seamless, rounded edges or sealed with PVC/SS channels

3. Door Frame

• Material: PCGI /SS 304/316 or PCGI (matching door leaf)

• Anchoring: Hidden anchors or chemical fasteners

• Gasket: EPDM/Silicone-based, food-grade, and cleanroom-compatible

• Material: Double-glazed, flush-mounted tempered safety glass

• Flush Design: No protrusions, silicone sealed

• Size: Typically 400mm x 600mm (customizable)

5. Hardware

• Hinges: SS ball-bearing or concealed hinges

• Lock: SS Mortise lock with cleanroom-compatible handle

• Door Closer: Overhead concealed or surface-mounted (optional)

• Handle: 19x250mm SS304 D type handle

• Other: Drop seal (for bottom), electromagnetic lock (for access control)
